At OrgoHealthy, we are committed to delivering your order fresh, safely, and as quickly as possible. Please read the following Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing an order.
OrgoHealthy currently provides delivery services within Bandlaguda Jagir and surrounding areas within an approximate 8 km radius, subject to serviceability and operational availability.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's exact location, delivery conditions, and our ability to fulfil the order.
Orders are delivered between: 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Orders placed outside our delivery hours (after 8:00 PM or before 7:00 AM) will be processed for delivery starting from 7:30 AM on the next or same day available delivery window.
Our target delivery time is approximately 25 minutes from order confirmation.
The 25-minute delivery estimate is indicative and is not a guaranteed delivery time. Delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Orders placed through OrgoHealthy are currently primarily Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
After an order is placed, our team may contact the customer by phone to confirm the order and relevant delivery details.
An order will be considered confirmed only after confirmation by the customer through our confirmation call.
In certain cases, OrgoHealthy may request or collect payment through UPI before delivery. Where advance UPI payment is requested, the customer will be informed by our team.
Because our products may be prepared, packed, or allocated specifically for the customer's order, cancellations are not permitted after the customer has confirmed the order through our confirmation call.
OrgoHealthy reserves the right to cancel an order before delivery in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are requested to ensure that:
OrgoHealthy may, at its discretion, provide a replacement for a product with a genuine quality issue if contacted within 2 hours of delivery.
Once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted, refunds are generally not available.
Once the customer or an authorized recipient accepts the order, the order will generally be considered delivered.
OrgoHealthy reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time.
